Job summary

Acushnet Company in Clifton, TX is seeking an Associate Golf Ball Fitting & Sales Specialist who delivers tour-caliber fittings and personalized product recommendations to help golfers maximize performance. You’ll conduct in-person and virtual fittings using Titleist methodology, launch monitor technology, and performance analysis to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PGA Class A certification highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of club fitting experience in a high-touch customer service environment, or relevant industry experience demonstrating strong golf equipment knowledge.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30 lbs. and stand outdoors 8+ hours daily.
• Willingness to travel up to 150 overnights per year.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, launch monitors, and golf fitting technology.
• Strong understanding of golf equipment, ball fitting, and swing analysis.
• Excellent time management, organization and event planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tour-caliber golf ball fittings to maximize performance.
• Conduct in-person and virtual fittings using Titleist methodology and launch monitor technology.
• Provide personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
• Plan and execute fitting events; coordinate logistics with sales reps and partners.
• Educate PGA Professionals on Titleist products and fitting best practices.
• Build strong consumer relationships throughout the fitting journey.
