Job summary

Collectors Holdings, Inc. seeks a Total Rewards Specialist to support benefits administration and compensation across the employee lifecycle. The role splits time between LOA case management, benefits, and data-driven compensation tasks.

You will rely on Excel models and HRIS (Workday) to deliver accurate, compliant support to employees, managers, and partners within a hybrid Santa Ana, CA office with remote consideration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, state leave laws).
• 4–6 years of related HR experience in a high growth setting.
• 3–5 years of strong Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Understanding of federal and state employment and leave laws, either through certification or direct experience.
• HRIS experience (Workday preferred).
• Excellent organization and administration skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Benefits (~50%): Administer LOA programs and benefits, including enrollment and vendor invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with leave laws; respond to inquiries with accuracy and discretion.
• Support Open Enrollment and benefits communications.
• Compensation (~50%): HRIS/compensation tasks and data integrity across systems.
• Maintain salary structure, market benchmarking, and audits for pay equity and promotions.
