Collectors is a Santa Ana, CA-based company specializing in grading, authenticating, vaulting, and selling collectibles. A hybrid Total Rewards role, based in Santa Ana, will split time between benefits administration and compensation support, with depth in LOA management and enrollment.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of HR experience, strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and HRIS exposure (Workday preferred). A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HR experience in a high growth setting, with benefits focus preferred.
• Hands-on LOA administration experience is required.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer LOA programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Administer health and welfare benefits, enrollment, eligibility, and vendor invoicing.
• Support Open Enrollment, audits, and benefits communications.
• Execute HRIS and compensation tasks to maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with People Team to ensure accurate compensation changes and audits.
