Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Total Rewards Analyst to provide technical support on compensation and total rewards engagements. You will create, analyze, and deliver communications and reports for external clients, working independently and in teams. Hybrid work is preferred, with CST or EST time zones in mind.

The role emphasizes benchmark analysis, data synthesis, and client-facing deliverables, with opportunities to contribute to project management and market intelligence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, human resources, business, or another related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in compensation, data analysis, benefits, human resources, or another related field.
• Desire to obtain advanced certifications such as CCP or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Experience in a consulting environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark and evaluate client roles and plan design aspects for market competitiveness using a variety of data sources.
• Analyze jobs for client projects using provided job descriptions and specified data scope criteria.
• Fully understand each survey database and technology to complete compensation and total rewards projects that meet client deadlines.
• Gather additional data from publicly available sources, such as 990 compensation data, salary ordinances, job boards, etc.
• Develop client deliverables including reports, decks, and compensation philosophies.
