Job summary

Horizon Family Brands is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Manager to design, implement, and manage our compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs. You will lead data-informed pay and policy decisions and supervise the Payroll & Benefits Specialist, ensuring compliant, efficient administration.

This hybrid role requires 3 onsite days weekly in Broomfield, CO, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and leadership to attract and retain a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• 7+ years in compensation and/or benefits (total rewards).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and HRIS/HCM software.
• Experience leading merit cycles and benefits renewals.
• Familiarity with 401(k) audit/5500/true-up processes and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual compensation planning (merit cycle) and support incentive program administration.
• Maintain and improve salary structures and market benchmarking.
• Oversee benefits strategy, open enrollment, renewals, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with brokers/carriers to optimize plan design and employee experience.
• Manage payroll oversight with the Payroll & Benefits Specialist for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide pay trends and benefits utilization reporting to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws across compensation and benefits.
