Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree required.
• 3+ years progressive HR experience required.
• Experience with HR technology and Google Workspace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executing the Total Rewards strategy and procedures in accordance with business needs.
• Provide pay guidance, policy interpretation, and job evaluations for managers.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs.
• Lead local, regional and global Total Rewards project teams.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve escalated inquiries and address compensation and compliance issues.
• Create and deliver high-impact communication materials to ensure HR partners and employees understand Total Rewards packages.
