SI-BONE seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Total Rewards & People Operations to lead compensation and benefits strategy. You will report to the Senior Director of People & Culture and influence talent attraction and retention through competitive programs and compliance.

In collaboration with Finance, you will design stock options, bonuses, and sales incentives while ensuring regulatory adherence. You will also oversee HRIS data, analytics, and reporting to guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience with compensation and benefits programs preferred.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
