Insight Global is seeking a Senior Total Rewards leader to steward compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. You will drive governance, market analysis, and workforce analytics while partnering with Finance, HR, and business leaders to ensure competitiveness and financial sustainability.

The role emphasizes governance, data integrity, and scalable HR infrastructure as the company grows, with focus on executive dashboards and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years in Total Rewards, Compensation, HR, or Benefits.
• Strong experience with compensation analysis, benchmarking, salary structures, and job evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and enhancement of enterprise Total Rewards programs (compensation, incentive plans, benefits, recognition, wellbeing).
• Manage salary structures, job grading, benchmarking, internal equity, and market pricing analysis.
• Drive annual compensation planning, merit cycles, pay reviews, and budgeting with Finance/HR leadership.
• Provide compensation guidance for promotions, transfers, market adjustments, retention, and offers.
