Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations experience with hands-on job architecture and leadership.
• Expertise designing compensation programs with market benchmarking data.
• Experience across executive, sales, and broad-based compensation.
• Experience administering benefits programs (401(k)/retirement) and vendor relationships.
• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration for Compensation, Benefits, and Performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, document and govern job architecture across all levels and populations.
• Own base pay bands and market benchmarking for broad, sales, and executive compensation.
• Design and administer STI/bonus structures; partner with Finance.
• Lead annual performance reviews, calibrations, and merit cycles.
• Own and improve benefits programs; lead Workday configuration and governance.
