Job summary

SI-BONE is seeking a Senior Manager of Total Rewards & People Operations in San Jose, CA. You will shape compensation and benefits strategies, lead HRIS management, and partner with Finance to align rewards with business goals.

Key responsibilities include annual compensation planning, stock options, and data-driven benefits programs, while ensuring compliance with ERISA and related regulations. The role reports to the Sr. Director of People & Culture and drives strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in Compensation and Benefits, incl. incentive plan design.
Strategic design and execution of compensation and benefits strategies.
Exceptional analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Advanced Excel; experience with analytics visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Proven HRIS management experience (ADP preferred).
Proactive partner to business leaders, balancing strategic and hands-on execution.
Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, Section 125, IRS codes.

Responsibilities

Lead the compensation and benefits function, aligning with company objectives.
Oversee annual compensation planning and market analyses to optimize ROI.
Manage HRIS (ADP) and deliver reports to leadership.
Design and administer competitive compensation programs including stock options and bonuses.
Oversee benefits programs and broker/vendor management; ensure enrollment accuracy.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; support audits (401k).
Communicate benefits offerings and educate employees on programs.
