Job summary

Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Total Rewards to provide strategic and operational leadership for compensation and employee benefits across the organization. You will develop, administer, and continuously improve total rewards programs that are competitive, equitable, and financially sustainable.

The role acts as the subject matter expert in compensation strategy, job architecture, market pricing, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Healthcare Administration.
• 5-7 years in Total Rewards with experience in compensation and benefits.
• Experience with 403(b), 457, ERISA-plan oversight and Form 5500 filings preferred.
• Strong governance, regulatory compliance and internal equity knowledge.
• Experience in healthcare or unionized environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead total rewards programs across RRMC.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll and Legal to support recruitment, retention and cost objectives.
• Balance strategic design with hands-on administration in a complex healthcare setting.
