Job summary

System Support is seeking a Director of Total Rewards responsible for the strategy and administration of compensation, benefits, and retirement programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare environment.

This hands-on leadership position requires strong analytical problem-solving skills, project management capability, and the ability to engage effectively with all levels of management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of job-related experience.
• 5 years in a leadership role within a large, self-insured organization.
• Experience in project management related to job architecture and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategy, design, and implementation of Total Rewards programs.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert across all Total Rewards offerings.
• Partner with HR leadership to advance human capital strategy.
