You will own compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and HR analytics while ensuring legal compliance across federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience with strong Compensation & Benefits background.
• Expertise in Total Rewards, HR analytics, and compliance.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ideal: CCP, CEBS, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR certification; experience in manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
