Job summary
Atlas Healthcare Partners seeks a knowledgeable Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition programs. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure market-competitive programs, internal equity, and compliance.
This role shapes the employee value proposition and guides reward decisions at scale. You will analyze data, manage HRIS data integrity, and develop dashboards to measure program ROI while supporting pay equity initiatives and governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer base pay, incentive, and equity compensation programs.
- Develop salary structures, job grading frameworks, and pay policies.
- Oversee design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, and leave).
- Lead open enrollment processes and develop employee communication strategies.
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, FLSA, and pay transparency laws.
