Healthmap Solutions is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards to lead the strategic and day-to-day management of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, HRIS, and vendors to optimize programs and data integrity in a high-growth, multi-state environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Dayforce experience preferred, including HRIS back-end configuration for payroll and benefits.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits and payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits and payroll programs, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, and HRIS to align processes and controls.
• Manage annual compensation, open enrollment, and 401(k) activities.
• Lead audits, reporting, and data integrity across benefits and payroll.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and vendor management.
