You will manage salary structures, benchmarking, market pricing, pay equity, and incentive plans while overseeing benefits programs, open enrollment, and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Expertise in compensation strategy, benefits administration, HR analytics, and compliance.
• Experience with salary benchmarking, market pricing, and pay equity.
• Strong analytical, financial, project management, and partnership skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive Total Rewards strategy.
• Lead compensation programs and market pricing.
• Oversee benefits, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Deliver Total Rewards analytics and dashboards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Legal, HRIS and leaders.
