Qualifications

• Develop compensation structures, market pricing, incentive programs, and pay equity initiatives.
• Oversee benefits, retirement, wellness, and open enrollment processes.
• Create Total Rewards reporting, dashboards, and leadership-facing models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead compensation program design and administration including salary structures and market pricing.
• Provide strategic oversight of benefits, retirement, wellness, and recognition programs.
• Build and manage Total Rewards analytics, dashboards, and compensation models for leadership decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to compensation and benefits.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve Total Rewards processes and employee experience.
