Job summary

Activestar seeks a Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst to manage U.S. benefits, open enrollment, and HR data across ADP and Oracle platforms. The role acts as the primary HRIS data analyst and supports compensation activities.

On-site in Virginia Beach, you will collaborate with HR to deliver strategic reporting and analytics, with a path to influence workforce decisions and benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in HR with real benefits, HRIS and analytics exposure.
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling.
• Hands-on pulling, validating and reporting HRIS data.

• Own Open Enrollment end to end: planning, communications, system testing, audits.
• Be the go-to analyst for HR data across ADP and an Oracle-based platform.

- About 10% travel

REQUIRED

- Bachelor's degree

- 4+ years in HR with real benefits, HRIS and analytics exposure

- Advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling

NICE TO HAVE

- 5 to 7 years across Total Rewards, benefits, HRIS or HR analytics
