Job summary

MarinHealth is seeking an HR Associate - Total Rewards to provide operational support for employee benefits, leave programs, and related Total Rewards activities. You will handle benefit transactions, maintain data in Workday, and assist with enrollment events and reporting.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree or relevant HR experience, plus 2+ years in HR operations or benefits. Healthcare experience and Workday proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant HR experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for MarinHealth employee benefits, leave programs, and Total Rewards activities.
• Process benefit and leave transactions and maintain information in Workday and related systems.
• Support reporting, audits, employee communications, annual enrollment activities, and process improvements.
• Escalate complex or sensitive HR matters to Total Rewards or HR partners as needed.
