Job summary

You will troubleshoot recruiting and onboarding workflows in Workday, support governance and compliance, and improve the employee and hiring leader experience through reliable HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR operations, onboarding, or recruiting coordination in healthcare.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for workflow improvements.
• Experience troubleshooting HR systems and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and HRIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and onboarding initiatives.
• Provide support for Workday Recruiting, HCM, onboarding, and HR systems.
• Analyze onboarding and recruitment workflow issues and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Compliance, IT to ensure data integrity.
• Audit and maintain accurate employee data in Workday and related systems.
• Monitor onboarding/recruiting metrics and assist in reporting.
• Develop standardized workflows and process documentation.
• Support QA and audits of onboarding transactions and records.
• Guide leaders on onboarding and recruiting processes and Workday usage.
