Job summary

MarinHealth Medical Center seeks an HR Associate - Total Rewards to support employee benefits, leave programs, and related activities. You will process benefit transactions, maintain data in Workday, and assist with enrollment and communications.

The role requires 2+ years in HR or benefits, with CEBS/SHRM-CP/PHR preferred; bachelor's degree preferred. Work in a healthcare setting; on-site position in California.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and HR experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years in HR, benefits, or leave administration preferred.
• Experience using an HRIS to support data, reporting, and transactions; Workday preferred.
• CEBS, SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for MarinHealth employee benefits and leave programs.
• Serve as a responsive resource for employees, managers, HR partners, and vendors.
• Process benefit and leave transactions and maintain information in Workday.
• Support reporting, audits, enrollment activities, and process improvements.
• Escalate complex or policy-related matters to Total Rewards or HR partner.
