Job summary

Alarm.com is seeking a Total Rewards Partner to administer and support total rewards programs, ensuring the benefits, programs and pay employees receive are clear and functioning as intended.

This role focuses on absence/workplace accommodation management, health welfare and retirement administration, with some compensation support. You will support HR teammates, employees and managers with excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of progressive Total Rewards/HR experience, with focus on absence/workplace accommodation case management and health, welfare and retirement benefits administration.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to communicate complex information clearly and compassionately to employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with cloud-based HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) Office 365, and third-party platforms.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to engage with a high-performing HR team and contribute positively.
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage leave of absence programs, including FMLA, PFML, STD, LTD, personal and military leaves; track cases from initiation to return-to-work.
• Serve as primary contact for employees and managers on accommodation requests with clear guidance.
• Coordinate with third-party leave administrators and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless case processing and pay continuation.
• Update and maintain absence management procedures and employee communications.
