Job summary

Aspirion Health Resources is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Partner to drive comprehensive Total Rewards programs across compensation, benefits, leave of absence, and workers’ compensation. You will partner with People Partners, leaders, Finance, Payroll, and vendors to administer and continually improve programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent while ensuring compliance.

You will leverage market data, analytics, and industry best practices to inform recommendations, optimize teammate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
5–8 years in Total Rewards, benefits, leave administration, compensation, and compliance.
Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA and state laws.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end benefits administration for medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life, disability, and wellness programs.
Administer leave of absence programs (FMLA, disability, parental leave) and ADA accommodations.
Manage workers’ compensation programs and coordinate with vendors and payroll.
Support compensation programs including market pricing, job evaluation, and annual planning.
Lead Paylocity, Cocoon, Payscale, and other Total Rewards systems integration and optimization.
