Job summary

Aspirion is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Partner to serve as a trusted advisor for compensation, benefits, leave of absence, and workers' compensation. This role partners closely with People Partners, leaders, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to administer and continuously improve programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of benefits, leave programs and employment regulations (FMLA, ADA, PFL, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA).
• Experience administering high-volume leave and accommodation programs.
• Experience with compensation principles, market pricing and salary structures.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Benefits administration for health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life and disability programs.
• Leave of absence and accommodations administration, ADA and workers’ compensation support.
• Compensation program support, market pricing and annual planning.
• Operate Paylocity, Cocoon, Payscale systems and drive process improvements.
