Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Benefits Manager, Total Rewards to lead the benefits team and shape comprehensive health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary programs. You will partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to deliver competitive offerings while ensuring compliance and strong governance.

Responsibilities include program design, operations oversight, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, engagement, and employee well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• CEBS or CBP strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years in related field; 2+ years leading a team; 3–5 years admin of health, welfare, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead Benefits team in alignment with Towne’s mission, vision, and values; drive performance and talent retention.
• Design, communicate, and implement health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary programs.
• Oversee daily benefits operations including enrollments, life events, claims escalations, and vendor issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; maintain controls and risk management.
• Benchmark market practices; negotiate contracts with vendors/brokers for cost-effectiveness.
• Lead program rollouts and analyze benefits data to drive improvements.
