Job summary

PrePass, based in Phoenix with hybrid or remote work options, seeks a Total Rewards Manager to join our HR team. This Individual Contributor role reports to the VP of HR and focuses on compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

You will conduct market analyses, design pay policies and incentive plans, ensure compliance with FLSA, manage enrollment processes, and partner with leaders on equity and budgeting throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of benefits and compensation program management.
• Certifications CCP or CEBS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to inform compensation decisions.
• Design and manage grade structures and job evaluation processes.
• Develop pay policies and incentive plans, including bonus and commission structures.
• Review compensation practices for compliance (e.g., FLSA).
• Partner with leaders on internal equity analyses and budget planning.
