Job summary

Towne Park LLC seeks a Benefits Manager, Total Rewards to lead and evolve the company’s health, welfare, and retirement programs. This role reports to HR leadership and collaborates with Finance, brokers, and vendors to design competitive benefits aligned with Towne's strategy.

You will oversee daily benefits operations, ensure regulatory compliance, benchmark market practices, and drive communication and rollouts of new offerings while focusing on associate well-being and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required.
• Certified HR Professional (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• CEBS or CBP certification strongly preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in HR/Benefits roles; 2+ years leading a team; 3-5 years in health, welfare, and retirement plans administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Benefits team and align programs with Towne’s mission, values, and goals.
• Design and administer health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefit plans.
• Oversee enrollment, changes, claims escalation, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and plan requirements.
• Benchmark market practices and negotiate vendor contracts for cost efficiency.
• Drive program rollouts and data analysis to improve cost management and employee experience.
