Concentrix is seeking an Analyst, Benefits to support the Total Rewards strategy by evaluating, implementing, and administering benefit programs that attract, reward, and retain employees in the United States.

The role involves analyzing health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and benefit data, and partnering with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions while ensuring compliance and timely delivery across locations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Strong communication skills; proficient MS Office; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement the organization's benefit programs including health, welfare, retirement, executive benefits, local allowances, voluntary programs, and benefit technology.
• Gather, maintain, analyze, and report on benefit data to assist management and communicate findings.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement innovative benefit solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
• Review and approve benefit coverage and costs per local regulations.
• Execute design, testing, implementation, and ongoing file management of benefits programs and processes.
• Respond to information requests during the leave process and monitor benefits impact.
• Review proposed benefit adjustments for compliance and guidelines.
• Evaluate programs, trends, and regulatory changes to propose improvements.
• Assist with participation and analysis of global or local benefit surveys.
