Cars Commerce Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to administer U.S. and Canadian benefits and leave programs within Total Rewards. You will manage enrollments, deductions, vendor billing, and leaves in Workday, serving as the first contact for employees, HRBPs, Payroll, and vendors on benefits questions.

The role emphasizes accuracy during sensitive moments like births and medical events, and involves collaboration across Payroll, Legal, and HR partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience administering employee benefits and/or leaves of absence.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA basics, and state paid leave requirements.
• Experience with an HRIS; Workday benefits configuration strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage deadlines for payroll cutoffs, invoicing, and enrollment windows.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Administer self-funded medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, commuter, COBRA, and 401(k) programs for U.S. and Canadian employees.
• Configure and maintain benefits setup in Workday and coordinate with HRIS on releases and testing.
• Lead the annual open enrollment cycle, including testing, employee support, and follow-up.
• Generate and process billing and invoices for self-funded plans, ensuring plan compliance.
• Monitor ACA eligibility and support compliance reporting and temporary-employee guidelines.
• Support Canadian benefits administration alongside U.S. programs and vendor communications.
• Manage LOA calculations with Payroll to ensure accurate payouts and compliance.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
