Zusammenfassung

The Sr. Total Rewards Analyst at NexaMotion Group is the technical and analytical engine of the Total Rewards Department, supporting HRIS, Data Analytics, Compensation, Benefits, and 401(k).

You will own ADP Workforce Now configuration, integrations, and reporting; collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to keep benefit and retirement programs accurate across a multi-state footprint and actively pursue automation opportunities.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of HRIS and/or compensation experience with system configurations and integrations.
Proficiency with vendor file interfaces/SFTP.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent.
Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables, charts).

Aufgaben

Own ADP WFN benefits and HR configuration, interfacing with HR, Payroll, IT, and leaders.
Monitor carrier, retirement, HSA/FSA, and SFTP file interfaces; troubleshoot with vendors.
Audit data and personnel actions for accuracy.
Manage the ADP report library, location data, and service requests.
Run position evaluations, pay ranges, and salary recommendations.
Lead annual merit and bonus cycles and ensure accurate payouts.
Produce recurring/ad hoc reports for Finance and leadership; support dashboards.
Automate recurring work using AI tools and system automation; maintain SOPs.
