Job summary

NexCore Group and Experience Senior Living are seeking a skilled People Analytics professional to drive workforce insights and planning decisions. You will own dashboards, reports, and leadership-ready analyses across compensation, benefits, and total rewards, translating data into actionable guidance for senior leaders.

The role requires 5+ years in people analytics or related fields, advanced Excel, and experience with HRIS systems (UKG Pro).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR data/analytics, business, finance, etc.).
5+ years of experience in people analytics, compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, workforce analytics, or related analytical role.
Advanced Excel skills with large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and reporting.
Experience with HRIS and other People systems; UKG Pro or similar platforms preferred.
Experience conducting compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
Experience developing dashboards and visualizations with Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

Analyze workforce data to surface trends, risks, opportunities, and meaningful changes in employee population.
Own recurring People reporting through dashboards, reports, scorecards, and leadership reporting for key metrics.
Analyze headcount, turnover, retention, tenure, hiring, promotions, compensation, performance, and other trends.
Deliver ad hoc analyses for business and leadership questions, translating data into clear insights.
Partner with People leadership to define and evolve workforce metrics and data usage in decision-making.
Support workforce planning and forecasting using headcount, staffing, and historical trend analysis.
Create executive-ready summaries and visualizations covering findings and recommendations.
Perform market compensation analysis to support hiring, promotions, and compensation decisions.
