Job summary

NexaMotion Group in Walton Hills, OH, seeks a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to own ADP Workforce Now configuration, reporting, and benefit/401(k) program accuracy across multi-state operations.

You will drive data integrity, compensation cycles, and automation initiatives to improve retention and leadership decision-making. The role requires strong HRIS/compensation experience, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with ADP and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS and/or compensation experience with system configurations and integrations.
• Proficiency with vendor file interfaces/SFTP and Excel advanced functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• Strong data integrity and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own ADP WFN benefits and HR configuration; partner with HR, Payroll, IT and leaders.
• Audit data accuracy, manage ADP reports, and support multi-state footprint.
• Lead merit cycles, salary ranges, and compliance audits.
• Produce recurring/ad hoc reports and support HR dashboards (Power BI).
• Document SOPs and drive automation using AI tools.
