Job summary

Nuro is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to support total rewards programs across the company. You will ensure benefits programs are competitive, accurate, scalable, and aligned with business needs while supporting compensation-related workflows.

You will collaborate with the Total Rewards team, Recruiting, HRBPs, People Operations, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to provide data and operational support across core rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in HR/Finance.
• 2+ years of compensation and benefits experience in fast-paced environment.
• Strong numerical reasoning and data analysis abilities with advanced Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation modeling, market pricing, salary range development and offers.
• Audit and optimize benefits administration and enrollment processes.
• Build reports to identify pay trends, equity considerations, and program needs.
• Partner with Total Rewards, Recruiting, Finance, and HRBPs on cycles and analyses.
