Job summary

NegaMotion Group is seeking a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to own ADP Workforce Now configurations, data analytics, compensation and 401(k) administration across a multi-state footprint. You will drive data integrity and automate recurring work.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT and business leaders to implement changes, maintain SOPs, and produce leadership-ready reports. Strong Excel, ADP WFN, Power BI and AI tooling are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS and/or compensation experience with understanding of system configurations and integrations.
• Proficiency with vendor file interfaces (SFTP).
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with ADP and benefits/retirement plans (ERISA, ACA, 401(k)).

Responsibilities

• Own ADP WFN benefits and HR configuration including plans, deduction codes, policy acknowledgements.
• Monitor interfaces and coordinate fixes with vendors.
• Audit data and personnel actions for accuracy.
• Lead annual merit and bonus cycles and ensure accurate payouts.
• Produce recurring/ad hoc reports for Finance/Leadership and support dashboards.
