NegaMotion Group in Walton Hills, OH is seeking a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to own ADP Workforce Now configuration and reporting, ensuring accurate benefits, compensation, and retirement program data across a multi-state footprint.

The role emphasizes automation, data quality, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and leadership to drive enterprise objectives and improve retention through well-governed HR systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS and/or compensation experience.
• Proficiency with vendor file interfaces/SFTP.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., XLOOKUP, IF statements, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Own ADP WFN benefits and HR configuration, including benefit plans, deduction codes, and policy acknowledgements.
• Monitor carrier, retirement, HSA/FSA, and SFTP file interfaces; troubleshoot errors and coordinate fixes with vendors.
• Audit team member data and personnel actions (new hires, rehires, terminations, and PARs) for accuracy.
• Manage the ADP report library, location and work location data, and ADP service requests.
• Run salary-related processes and ensure accurate payout calculations during merit and bonus cycles.
