• Experience with Smartsheet.

Responsabilités

• Support the job leveling/market data analysis process for compensation ranges.
• Coordinate annual and ad hoc compensation surveys and data accuracy.
• Administer employee benefits programs and manage enrollment activities.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and materials for senior leadership review.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, managers, and external vendors.
