You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to deliver compliant, competitive reward programs and deliver data-driven insights for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, Total Rewards, or Human Resources.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of US benefits administration and compliance requirements.
• Experience with benefit providers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
• Working knowledge of compensation principles and annual processes; data-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Administer US employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, wellbeing, leave, and voluntary benefits.
• Serve as a key point of contact for benefit-related inquiries from employees, HR partners, and managers.
• Manage relationships with benefit carriers, brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators to ensure effective service delivery.
• Support annual Open Enrolment activities, employee communications, education campaigns, and benefits renewals.
• Monitor program participation, utilization, and costs; analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA).
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR to resolve issues and maintain accurate program administration.
• Support compensation programs: market benchmarking, salary analysis, annual merit reviews, incentive administration.
• Provide guidance on compensation policies and job leveling frameworks; develop data-driven insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support Total Rewards decisions; leverage AI/automation.
