Job summary

Distinguished Programs, LLC is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to lead total rewards design and execution. You will partner with the CHRO and vendors to align compensation and benefits with organizational goals.

The role covers compensation management, benefits oversight, and analytics with a focus on equity, pay transparency, and governance. Hybrid remote work is possible with NY office presence preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or total rewards.
• Experience with salary surveys and market pricing.
• Experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Experience in insurance/financial services; ability to operate across compensation and benefits.
• Advanced Excel and Workday experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage base salary, incentive, and bonus programs.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys.
• Design salary/role structures in HR systems.
• Lead annual compensation processes (merit, bonus, promotions, equity).
• Partner with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and leadership on pay decisions and offers.
• Oversee health, welfare, retirement and wellness programs; manage vendor relationships.
