Job summary

Jostens in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst for a hybrid role working onsite three days per week. You will support the design, administration, and compliance of the organization's compensation and benefits programs for US and international employees.

You will analyze data, run analytics, maintain HRIS accuracy, and help communicate Total Rewards initiatives to leaders and staff. The role emphasizes collaboration, confidentiality, and timely execution of annual cycles.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 3 years' experience in Total Rewards (benefits for 1000+ employees preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and organized with problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of compensation, benefits and time-off plans.

Responsibilities

• Support Day-to-Day Total Rewards programs and administer eligibility/enrollment issues.
• Administer US and Global compensation changes; assist annual/quarterly and incentive plans.
• Conduct Total Rewards analytics and reporting for leadership insights.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and integrity for compensation/benefits systems.
• Develop communications and trainings for enrollment, retirement, merit and bonus cycles.
• Assist with job evaluations, market analysis, and grade/incentive recommendations.
• Support surveys, benchmarking, and compliance activities (5500, ACA, FLSA, etc.).
