Job summary

Loram is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to deliver operational and analytical support for compensation and benefits programs. You’ll collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS and HR teams to ensure compliant Total Rewards delivery and data integrity.

The role involves supporting market pricing, incentive cycles, benefits administration and reporting, with exposure to audits and regulatory updates. A BA/BS and 3+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 3+ years HR experience including total rewards.
• Strong analytical and cost modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation administration activities including job evaluations, market pricing, salary surveys, incentive administration and annual planning.
• Assist with merit, incentive and other compensation cycles by preparing, validating and consolidating data.
• Support benefits administration activities including enrollment, life event processing, vendor coordination and open enrollment.
• Conduct compensation, benefits and HR data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Prepare reports, analyses and materials related to compensation, benefits and workforce metrics.
• Provide Tier II support for compensation and benefits inquiries and assist with escalated questions.
