Job summary

TBC Corporation, a leading mobility solutions provider, seeks a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to support daily compensation and benefits administration. The role designs and maintains incentive programs, analyzes pay practices, and ensures policy and budget adherence across management levels.

You will interact with senior leaders to ensure competitive Total Rewards, manage open enrollment activities, and support benchmarking against market data to drive cost-effective, compliant programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field required
• Professional certification is a plus (CCP, PHR, CEBS) preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits function in large organization
• Proficient with compensation tools, data analysis, research methods and techniques

Responsibilities

• Core Compensation operations: job evaluation, benchmark analysis, salary structure maintenance, and annual merit/bonus cycles
• Pay Transparency & Equity: job architecture mapping, pay range creation/disclosure, and internal pay equity auditing
• Incentives & Modeling: supporting short-term and long incentive plan administration and modeling cost scenarios
• Market Analysis: benchmarking of all job descriptions and data analysis for competitive ranges
• Annual salary planning: budgeting process and merit cycles across assigned groups
