Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years in benefits, compensation, or total rewards required.
• Experience with health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and compensation analysis.
• Certifications like CEBS, CCP, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compensation programs, including salary structures and merit increases.
• Lead benefits programs and open enrollment; manage brokers and carriers.
• Analyze data, costs, and trends to drive improvements.
• Ensure ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA compliance.
• Prepare budgets, reports, and forecasts for leadership.
• Supervise benefits and compensation staff.
