Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience in education, healthcare or recruiting.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage workflow.
• Proficient PC skills including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates using LinkedIn and databases.
• Build strong pipelines for current and future openings.
• Qualify candidates quickly to align with client needs.
• Maintain notes, track activity, and follow up consistently.
• Partner with recruiters and leadership to understand hiring priorities.
• Continuously improve sourcing methods to stay ahead of the market.
