Job summary

Talentful in San Francisco is seeking a driven recruitment sourcer to find and attract top talent for our client. You will use deep sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, to identify passive candidates and craft engaging outreach, working with one client at a time to embed in their culture.

You will partner with stakeholders to demonstrate the value of proactive talent practice, bring excellent communication, and maintain strong organizational skills to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of non-technical recruitment sourcing experience, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with Boolean.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated.

• Find and attract the world's best talent to our client
• Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies
• Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
• Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
