Job summary

Apex Southeast Regional Co is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Sourcer to drive sourcing, prescreening, and onboarding across multiple states from the Atlanta metro area. You will partner with hiring managers and the Senior Recruiter to keep pipelines full and accurate in our ATS and Monday.com.

The role requires sales prowess, strong organization, and the ability to manage several candidate pipelines simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume admin scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-pipeline management.
• Proficiency with ATS like iCIMS and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for candidates and managers.
• Sales experience is required.
• On-site work Mon–Fri and event travel to other states.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates daily via job boards, referrals, and partnerships.
• Review resumes, prescreen, and coordinate with Senior Recruiter.
• Schedule interviews and confirm with hiring managers.
• Maintain Monday.com workflows and candidate data.
• Support end-to-end hiring events and post-event analysis.
