Job summary

Delta V Management, LLC. is seeking an energetic HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to build our recruitment pipeline across Delta V, ReliaRide, and affiliated entities. You will drive the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and assist with broader HR processes to support employee engagement.

The role emphasizes onboarding, background checks, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth first day and effective HR administration across growing organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business admin, communications, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, administration, or related role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable learning new technology, recruiting platforms, and HR systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the organization and affiliated entities, adapting recruiting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
• Sources, screens, and evaluates candidates through multiple recruiting channels and platforms in support of all affiliated organizations.
• Coordinates interviews and partners with Executive Team and hiring leaders to align staffing priorities.
• Builds and maintains candidate pipelines to support current and future staffing needs.
• Assists in developing creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates and strengthen hiring efforts.
