Qualifications

Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Recruiter to identify, engage, and screen top talent for a variety of professional and commercial positions. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who enjoys candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and relationship building and knows how to find qualified candidates beyond traditional job postings.

What You’ll Do

• Source and identify qualified candidates for current and upcoming openings
• Build strong talent pipelines based on future hiring needs
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand position requirements and candidate profiles
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using multiple recruiting channels and resources
• Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Present qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists
• Schedule interviews and maintain consistent candidate communication
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide a positive candidate experience
• Post job openings and maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS
• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and progress through each stage
• Support efforts to develop diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines

What We’re Looking For
