Parts Town is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (internally called Talent Sourcer-er) to manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment. You will source candidates across multiple states, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and extend offers while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

The role emphasizes building candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and leveraging our ATS to move candidates efficiently through the process.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition.
• Ability to build candidate pipelines with innovative sourcing and outreach.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting team to deliver the best candidate experience.
• Handle high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across multiple states.
• Review resumes in ATS and coordinate interviews and offers.
• Source candidates through job boards, colleges, events, social media, and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
• Create a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding support.
