Job summary

Charter Communications in the Spectrum brand is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect communities with Spectrum’s high-speed data, TV, mobile, and voice services through face-to-face engagements. You will travel locally to meet customers, tailor recommendations, and close deals while building relationships.

You’ll conduct needs analyses, present compelling proposals, and complete all sales documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Willingness to travel locally and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Present tailored sales proposals and conduct needs analyses.
• Complete sales documents, orders, and reporting accurately.
• Attend meetings and training to support team goals.
• Meet monthly targets across Spectrum services (internet, TV, mobile, voice).
• Monitor competitors and report insights to management.
