Responsibilities

• Coach Team Members and monitor execution of operating standards.
• Own merchandising and recovery tasks on Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery.
• Assist with BOPIS/OMNI processes and customer handoffs as needed.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure safe work practices.
